1. Com Hen (rice with baby clams)
It is a delicious dish with a mix of rice noodles, tender stir-frie clams, crisp pork cracklings, peanuts, bean sprouts, fried shallots and herbs. And you can add a bowl of hot clam broth as you want. The food can be easily found along with Han Mac Tu street.

2. Banh Beo Hue
Yeah, “banh beo Hue” is popular across the country. This specialty is made from steamed rice cakes, topped with dried shrimp, pork cracklings, shallots and herbs. You know, there are two kinds to choose: “ Banh beo chen” is served in small ceramic saucers and “ Banh beo dia” is cooked in slightly larger plate, depending on your preference. Accordingly, you do not miss the chance to try it when travelling to Hue.

3. Bun Bo Hue
Like many of the dishes I mentioned above, “Bun bo Hue” is ubiquitous in and around the city, featuring round rice noodles, pork bones, beefs, flavored with lemongrass, annatto seeds, ginger, fermented shrimp paste, etc. Due to popularity, you can find “Bun bo Hue” in the food stalls in the center of Dong Ba Market, a very good one for convenience and comfort.

4. Banh Loc
The last dish in this list is Banh Loc – a typical Hue snack, stuffed with caramelized shrimp and pork. As I know, you can try the food in a lovely open-air restaurant, just outside the city center, which specializes in the various steamed and fried savory cakes.
